MIG welding (GMAW — gas metal arc welding) is the fastest arc process for production fabrication: continuous wire feed replaces stick-electrode changes, deposition rates are two to three times higher than MMA, and the consistent arc quality is easily reproduced by trained operators. The Shakti MIG-270G packs a 270-ampere output and an inbuilt wire feeder into a self-contained three-phase package that connects to a standard three-phase supply and a CO₂ or Argon-CO₂ shielding gas cylinder. The CO₂ kit comes included.

Voltage and wire-speed controls are clearly calibrated; a basic welding procedure chart is often found on the inner lid of the wire compartment.
Consumables and accessories that pair naturally: MIG wire spools (ER70S-6 in 0.8 mm and 1.0 mm, stainless ER308L in 0.9 mm), CO₂ and Argon-CO₂ regulator, contact tips (0.8 mm, 1.0 mm), shrouds, anti-spatter spray, auto-darkening helmets and leather welding gloves. Yes. The MIG-270G is a three-phase 415 V machine. It is not suitable for single-phase 230 V supply. If you need a MIG welder for single-phase supply, ask us about single-phase MIG options. For three-phase sites — industrial sheds, large workshops, manufacturing units — the MIG-270G is an excellent production choice.
