Multi Trade Combines, AT Road, Guwahati — authorised ESAB dealer since 1991 — stocks the full range of welding electrodes (E6013, E7018 and more) for fabricators and contractors across Northeast India. We ship from Guwahati to Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Mizoram and beyond.
Multi Trade Combines, AT Road, Guwahati is the answer — we are an authorised ESAB dealer and carry the full ESAB electrode range, from E6013 rutile rods for everyday MS welding to E7018 low-hydrogen electrodes for structural applications. We have served welding shops, contractors, and fabrication yards across Assam and the Northeast since 1991.
ESAB is one of the world's leading welding consumable manufacturers and their electrodes are the benchmark for consistent weld quality in India. When you buy ESAB electrodes from an authorised dealer like Multi Trade Combines, you get genuine stock — not counterfeit or substandard rods that look similar but produce porous, weak welds. Counterfeit welding consumables are a real problem in the Northeast, and buying from an authorised source eliminates that risk.
We stock multiple ESAB electrode grades: E6013 in 2.5 mm and 3.2 mm sizes for general fabrication, E7018 for structural steel and critical joints, and cast iron electrodes for repair work. We also carry Ador Fontech electrodes as an alternative. In addition to electrodes, we stock MIG wire (ESAB and Asha brand), welding cables, electrode holders, earth clamps, gas regulators, cutting torches, and electrode ovens — everything a welding shop or site crew needs.
ESAB E6013 (Rutile) is the most popular general-purpose electrode in Northeast India for mild steel fabrication — easy to strike, smooth arc, suitable for flat and horizontal welding with both AC and DC machines. For structural steel, ESAB E7018 (low hydrogen) is the specified grade. Both are available at Multi Trade Combines, Guwahati.
Yes. We supply ESAB electrodes in standard 5 kg packs and can arrange bulk orders for contractors and fabrication shops across Assam. Call +91 91812 13332 or WhatsApp +91 76359 98826 for bulk pricing and delivery to your site.
Guwahati is humid year-round and moisture is the enemy of low-hydrogen electrodes — damp rods cause porosity and cracking in welds. Store electrodes in sealed airtight canisters or an electrode oven (we stock these). Basic E6013 rutile rods are more moisture-tolerant but should still be kept dry. Low-hydrogen E7018 rods should always be oven-dried before critical structural welding.
